This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Create and implement highly tailored 1:1 and 1:few Account-Based Marketing (ABM) initiatives for key accounts.
• Collaborate with Sales and SDR teams to craft marketing strategies specific to accounts, informed by business priorities, account insights, buying signals, and relationship gaps.
• Design industry-focused ABM programs utilizing sector-specific challenges, use cases, messaging, and content.
• Develop ABM strategies that support priority accounts in international markets.
• Increase engagement within accounts by reaching out to new titles, personas, buying committee members, and business units.
• Create coordinated, multi-channel account experiences across digital advertising, content, email, events, executive engagement, SDR outreach, webinars, and content syndication.
• Develop programs that facilitate the entire account journey, from opening doors to accelerating opportunities and strengthening existing relationships.
• Research and bring in new vendors, technologies, channels, creative ideas, and ABM tactics.
• Support the management and optimization of the ABM technology stack.
• Build and enhance buying groups for priority accounts.
• Enhance account targeting, personalization, intent utilization, measurement, and reporting.
• Create scalable frameworks and playbooks based on successful 1:1 programs.
• Set ABM objectives and success metrics in collaboration with Sales and Marketing leadership.
• Monitor account engagement, meetings, opportunity creation, pipeline influence, and pipeline acceleration.
• Analyze performance and convert insights into strategic recommendations.
• Share program performance and insights with Sales and Marketing stakeholders.
• Over 8 years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in enterprise technology, SaaS, cybersecurity, or other complex B2B environments.
• Extensive hands-on experience in developing and executing Account-Based Marketing programs, including 1:1 and 1:few strategies.
• Proven track record of close collaboration with enterprise Sales and SDR teams.
• Experience in creating personalized, multi-channel programs for strategic or named accounts.
• Strong understanding of enterprise buying committees and experience in developing programs that target multiple personas and seniority levels.
• Familiarity with ABM platforms, intent data, account intelligence, personalization technologies, and related marketing tools.
• Experience in supporting global or international marketing initiatives is highly preferred.
• Experience in developing industry or vertical-specific campaigns is strongly preferred.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills, capable of managing multiple strategic accounts and programs simultaneously.
• Highly collaborative and adept at influencing stakeholders across Sales and Marketing.
• Innovative thinker who enjoys exploring unconventional methods to engage hard-to-reach audiences.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities can shift rapidly.
• Data-driven approach with the ability to link marketing activities to account engagement, pipeline, and revenue outcomes.
