ABA Talent Acquisition Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete recruitment process for clinical and behavioral health roles.

• Find, engage, and recruit exceptional ABA professionals.

• Recruit RBTs, BCBAs, and other professionals related to ABA.

• Build and sustain strong talent pipelines within the ABA sector.

• Source, assess, interview, and evaluate candidates for clinical suitability.

• Foster candidate relationships throughout the recruitment journey.

• Collaborate with hiring managers to grasp workforce requirements and hiring priorities.

• Organize interviews, extend offers, and manage onboarding processes.

• Keep precise ATS records and documentation related to recruiting.

• Monitor recruiting metrics and leverage data to enhance hiring results.

• Support initiatives for employer branding within the ABA field.

• Contribute to crafting an outstanding candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of recruiting experience, with direct ABA recruiting experience preferred.

• Proven success in hiring RBTs and BCBAs.

• Experience in managing the entire recruitment cycle.

• Proficient in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting tools.

• Exceptional skills in interviewing, sourcing, and building relationships.

• Background in recruiting RBTs, BCBAs, or other behavioral health professionals.

• Understanding of the ABA industry, certification prerequisites, and challenges in the talent market.

• Capability to prioritize quality hires and long-term employee retention.

• Ability to establish trust and credibility with both candidates and hiring managers.

• Expertise in sourcing passive candidates and nurturing talent pipelines.

• Capacity to stay organized while handling multiple job requisitions.

• Professional and confident communication skills with candidates across all levels.

• Ability to excel in a remote, collaborative work environment.
