ABA Recruiter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop and sustain a robust pipeline of qualified ABA professionals, including BCBAs, RBTs, Behavior Technicians, and associated clinical/support personnel.

• Source candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, professional networks, referrals, career fairs, educational institutions, and additional recruiting avenues.

• Review resumes and applications while conducting initial screenings of candidates.

• Maintain communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process to ensure a positive candidate experience.

• Keep accurate records of candidates and recruiting activities within the ATS.

• Collaborate with hiring managers to comprehend staffing needs, qualifications, schedules, and hiring priorities.

• Coordinate background checks, reference checks, credential verification, and other pre-employment requirements.

• Assist in preparing offers, negotiations, and onboarding coordination.

• Develop innovative strategies to attract qualified ABA candidates in competitive labor markets.

• Establish relationships with universities, colleges, training programs, RBT programs, and professional organizations.

• Monitor recruiting metrics, including applicant volume, interview activity, time-to-fill, offer acceptance, and retention trends.

• Stay updated on ABA industry staffing trends and pertinent certification and credentialing requirements.

• Support employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of recruiting experience, ideally in healthcare, behavioral health, ABA, education, or human services.

• Preferred experience in sourcing and recruiting BCBAs, RBTs, Behavior Technicians, or similar clinical healthcare professionals.

• Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and applicant tracking systems.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

• Excellent organizational and time-management capabilities.

• Ability to manage multiple open positions and priorities concurrently.

• Strong interpersonal skills with the capability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.

• Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-volume recruiting environment.

• Professional, responsive, and candidate-focused approach.

• Experience with healthcare or behavioral health recruiting.

• Familiarity with BCBA and RBT certification requirements.

• Proficient in using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, applicant tracking systems, and other sourcing platforms.

• Availability Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm EST.
