ABA Practice Owner, BCBA

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with our team to establish guidelines, handbooks, and processes for your practice.

• Communicate with our team regarding billing and insurance to ensure compliance with payor requirements and submission deadlines.

• Provide both field and virtual supervision for Behavior Technicians.

• Assess the effectiveness of treatment approaches and adjust the program as necessary.

• Perform functional assessments and prepare assessment and progress reports accordingly.

• Create and implement behavior intervention plans, along with training and related in-service programs, including client-specific intervention training for staff and parents.

• Ensure that all treatment methodologies are evidence-based and incorporate the latest research findings.

• Train and supervise clinical staff by monitoring their performance and offering feedback for the direct implementation of ABA interventions.

• Work collaboratively with families to develop effective behavior support strategies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Master's Degree in Applied Behavioral Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or a related field.

• Valid BCBA Certification.

• Applicable licensure to practice in the state of employment.

• A minimum of three years of experience in ABA, with a preference for supervisory experience.

• Strong leadership abilities.

• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
