This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.
• Utilize a consultative, solution-oriented sales strategy to expand the territory.
• Foster relationships with both new and existing clients through proactive outreach and support.
• Lead teams through the AAC device journey, covering evaluation, trials, funding, and training.
• Offer guidance, training, and assistance for AAC solutions.
• Collaborate directly with individuals, families, and professionals.
• Establish connections and deliver impactful presentations.
• Assist clients in accessing essential tools for effective communication.
• A Bachelor’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, Education, Special Education, Occupational Therapy, or related disciplines is mandatory.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in the AAC or Assistive Technology sector is essential.
• A solid understanding of AAC principles and solutions is required.
• Capacity to cultivate strong relationships and identify AAC needs through effective communication and collaboration.
• Proactive and adaptable in learning new products, services, and strategies.
• Strong time management, organizational, and goal-setting abilities.
• Excellent and professional communication skills across various formats and audience sizes.
• Capability to work independently and remotely while supporting team objectives.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and integrity.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related software applications.
