911 Crisis Diversion Supervisor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.

📋 Description

• Lead, mentor, and support a diverse team of Crisis Diversion Clinicians and Specialists.

• Offer clinical supervision and direction for crisis intervention, risk assessment, de-escalation, and care coordination.

• Ensure the delivery of high-quality services, adherence to established standards, and attainment of performance objectives.

• Engage in the recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance evaluation of team members.

• Collaborate with 911 operators, behavioral health providers, mobile crisis teams, and various community partners.

• Monitor the quality of services and foster continuous improvement through coaching, data analysis, and quality assurance initiatives.

• Assist in program expansion, the implementation of new technologies, and operational enhancements.

• Provide direct crisis support and shift coverage as operationally required.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field in behavioral health.

• Mental Health Professional (MHP) status as defined by Washington State regulations.

• An active Washington State credential or license: LICSW, LSWAIC, LMHC, LMHCA, LMFT, LMFTA, Psychologist, Psychiatrist, Licensed Psychological Associate, or Agency Affiliated Counselor.

• At least 2 years of experience working with individuals in crisis.

• A minimum of 1 year of experience in a leadership, lead, or supervisory role.

• Excellent verbal, written, and computer skills.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced remote setting and effectively use various technology platforms.

• Preferred: experience in a crisis line, call center, behavioral health hotline, or telephone-based assessment environment.

• Preferred: experience collaborating with 911 centers, law enforcement, first responders, or crisis systems.

• Preferred: experience in delivering training in both virtual and/or in-person formats.

• Preferred: additional certifications in crisis intervention, suicide prevention, or trauma-informed care.
