3rd Party Collections Specialist – Telco

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Reach out to consumers regarding overdue accounts on behalf of our clients.

• Negotiate repayment plans and address outstanding balances.

• Professionally manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls.

• Investigate and resolve account disputes effectively.

• Analyze account histories to determine suitable collection strategies.

• Ensure accurate and compliant documentation of accounts.

• Adhere to the designated Monday–Friday work schedule.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in 3rd-party collections.

• Experience in Telco, Financial Services, Commercial, and/or Multi-Housing is advantageous.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

• Detail-oriented with a strong problem-solving approach.

• Ability to effectively manage multiple accounts.

• Bilingual skills in Spanish are a plus.

• Successful completion of a background check and drug screening is required.

• Position based in Jacksonville, FL.
