This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Create innovative and technically precise landscape designs for projects throughout Australia and New Zealand.
• Generate exceptional 3D visualizations, renderings, animations, and presentation materials for client proposals and design assessments.
• Develop concept plans, landscape documentation, and planting layouts in collaboration with architects, planners, and project teams.
• Utilize industry-standard landscape design and visualization software to produce visual representations.
• Assist in the design process from initial concept to detailed design.
• Integrate architectural, civil, and environmental elements into landscape designs.
• Modify drawings and visualizations based on feedback from clients and stakeholders while adhering to timelines.
• Ensure that drawings and documentation meet Australian and New Zealand planning regulations, standards, and industry best practices.
• Keep project files, asset libraries, and design documentation well-organized.
• Remain updated with the latest visualization technologies, rendering methods, and trends in landscape design.
• At least 5 years of professional experience in landscape design, architectural visualization, or a related design-centric position.
• A robust portfolio demonstrating high-quality 3D renderings and visualization projects.
• Expertise in software such as Lumion, Enscape, Twinmotion, SketchUp, Rhino, Revit, AutoCAD, 3ds Max, Blender, V-Ray, D5 Render, and Adobe Photoshop.
• Comprehensive understanding of landscape design principles, site planning, grading, planting design, and high-quality visualizations.
• Proven experience working collaboratively with architects, planners, engineers, and other design professionals.
• Knowledge of Australian and/or New Zealand planning procedures, landscape standards, or the New Zealand Building Code is highly valued.
• Strong visual communication, presentation, and problem-solving abilities, with meticulous attention to detail.
• Highly organized, self-driven, and capable of managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines efficiently from a remote setting.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
• A portfolio is required.
