Z/os Expert – Long Term Contract

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Validate AI fencing controls through adversarial prompt testing across AI releases.

• Establish alerting mechanisms and audit trails for actions assisted by AI.

• Design and implement specialized lab environments for testing disruptive AI.

• Conduct validation testing for non-privileged users engaged in scanning and BAU operations.

• Balance AI fencing controls to ensure security while avoiding excessive restrictions.

• Implement AI fencing controls across environments utilizing sanitized testing methods.

• Deploy monitoring, alerting, and forensic capabilities to identify AI misbehavior.

• Assess the readiness of the GenieZ production solution and its necessary prerequisites.

• Provide advisory and implementation support for the secure adoption and operationalization of AI.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive knowledge of z/OS internals.

• Strong practical experience with catalog management.

• Proven skills in complex troubleshooting.

• Proficient in USS/OMVS and USS security.

• Experience with z/OS installations and ISV software.

• Advanced abilities in testing, including functionality, robustness, and performance assessments.

• Programming skills in REXX and Python.

• Over 10 years of professional experience.

• Strong overall experience in IT.
