Voice Actor, CX Agent Voice Cloning – Spanish, Latin America

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latin America.

📋 Description

• Capture high-quality voice samples across various formats including conversational, narrative, instructional, and diverse scripts.

• Provide clear, natural, and expressive speech while maintaining control over tone, pacing, and pronunciation.

• Ensure consistency in voice, accent, and delivery throughout different recording sessions.

• Adhere to detailed recording guidelines regarding the environment, microphone setup, and file formatting.

• Execute multiple takes with variations in emotion, emphasis, and style as required.

• Contribute voice recordings for the training and evaluation of next-generation text-to-speech systems.

• Supply recordings exclusively for the client's internal CX AI Agent.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be a native Latin American Spanish speaker currently residing in Latin America.

• Capable of speaking neutral, internationally intelligible Spanish without a pronounced regional accent.

• Possess a clear, natural, and expressive voice.

• Have access to a professional or near-professional recording setup, which includes a quality microphone, quiet environment, and pop filter.

• Strong command of intonation, diction, and emotional range is essential.

• Ability to follow scripts accurately while delivering in a natural manner.

• Availability for a single recording session lasting approximately 4 hours, with the possibility of additional sessions of similar duration.

• Must be comfortable with voice cloning for the client's CX AI Agent.

• H1-B or STEM OPT candidates are not supported.

• Preferred: experience in recording for TTS, audiobooks, IVR systems, or AI voice datasets.

• Preferred: familiarity with audio editing tools such as Audacity, Adobe Audition, or Reaper.

• Preferred: ability to deliver a variety of vocal styles, including conversational, corporate, energetic, and calm.
