Co-Founder, Digital Platform

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Transform the current concept into a market-ready product, encompassing positioning, pricing strategies, and structural design.

• Develop the initial versions: choose and establish the platform while onboarding the first users.

• Refine the offering based on authentic user feedback.

• Take charge of business development, which includes forming partnerships, establishing sales channels, and identifying growth opportunities.

• Oversee daily operations for the digital product, focusing on member support and retention efforts.

• Collaborate closely with Mario and leverage the existing podcast audience without detracting from the core format.

• Develop the digital product as a Co-Founder—from its inception to a viable business model.

⛳️ Requirements

• Profound understanding of business development, including pricing strategies, target demographics, sales techniques, and scaling processes.

• A sincere and well-informed interest in trading and financial markets—you don't need to be a professional trader, but familiarity with the industry and its jargon is essential.

• An entrepreneurial mindset: you prefer to make decisions independently rather than waiting for approval.

• A methodical and dependable work approach, even in the absence of a fixed framework.

• Ideally, experience in creating a digital product or business, preferably from the ground up.

• A brief introduction along with your desired start date.

• References or examples from previous experiences in product or business development.
