This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.
β’ Timely response to after-hours dispatches for post-accident, reasonable suspicion, and emergency testing.
β’ Execute on-site drug and alcohol collections, which may include urine, oral fluid, hair, and/or breath alcohol testing.
β’ Carry out collections in accordance with DOT 49 CFR Part 40 and On Demand protocols.
β’ Ensure specimens are secured, packaged, and shipped following chain-of-custody regulations.
β’ Complete necessary documentation, including CCFs, shipping manifests, and electronic submissions.
β’ Uphold professionalism, discretion, and customer service excellence in the field.
β’ Safeguard and maintain company-issued equipment and supplies; report any losses or damages promptly.
β’ Organize and keep supplies readily available at the collectorβs residence or vehicle.
β’ Communicate effectively with dispatch and clients concerning arrival times, completion status, and any issues.
β’ Stay prepared during scheduled on-call periods and respond to calls without delay.
β’ Identify suitable restroom facilities for urine collections.
β’ Represent On Demand Occupational Medicine while delivering mobile testing services for employers.
β’ A high school diploma or equivalent is mandatory.
β’ A valid driverβs license along with a clean driving record is essential.
β’ A reliable personal vehicle is required.
β’ Proof of auto insurance allowing business use; coverage of 100k/300k/100k is necessary.
β’ Must successfully pass a background check and a pre-employment drug screening.
β’ A smartphone with a data plan and GPS capability is required.
β’ Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills are necessary.
β’ Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential.
β’ The ability to maintain composure and professionalism in emergency or roadside situations is important.
β’ Previous experience in drug testing, healthcare, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
β’ DOT certification is preferred; training will be provided for eligible candidates.
β’ Compliance with DOT and On Demand regulatory and professionalism standards is required.
β’ Must protect company-issued supplies and materials diligently.
β’ Compensation of up to $150 per call.
β’ A flat rate per callout equivalent to 2 hours of service.
β’ Additional pay for any time exceeding 2 hours for a single callout.
β’ Complimentary training and certification in DOT and non-DOT collections.
β’ Certification and onboarding are provided at no cost to qualified applicants.
