Zoom Boom Operator – Turnaround

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Operate Zoom Boom (Telehandler) equipment safely, adhering to manufacturer guidelines, company protocols, and site specifications.

• Safely transport, load, unload, and position materials, tools, and equipment across the project site.

• Conduct pre-use inspections and complete daily equipment inspection documentation.

• Quickly identify and report any equipment defects or maintenance needs.

• Collaborate effectively with supervisors, trades, and other site personnel to facilitate daily operations.

• Stay vigilant of site hazards and ensure safe operations around both personnel and equipment.

• Follow lift plans and assist with material handling as per project specifications.

• Uphold excellent housekeeping practices to keep work areas clean and organized.

• Exhibit strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities while prioritizing safety and quality.

• Ensure that all tasks are completed in accordance with Canoco safety standards and client-specific requirements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Prior experience operating Zoom Boom (Telehandler) equipment in an industrial or construction setting.

• Experience in the Oil & Gas industry is regarded as a significant advantage.

• Valid Telehandler/Zoom Boom Operator certification.

• Valid Class 5 Driver's License.

• H2S Alive certification.

• CSTS or CSO certification.

• WHMIS 2015 certification.

• Confined Space certification.

• Fall Protection certification.

• Willingness to commit to a 12 & 2 rotation, working up to 12-hour shifts for the entire duration of the turnaround.
