Production Artist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Deliver daily graphic assistance to the partner.

• Create mockups and convert logos into vector formats.

• Develop presentation decks from the initial idea to final output.

• Save vectorized logos in the appropriate file formats.

• Set type and size imprints on promotional merchandise.

• Design graphics and layouts for product illustrations.

• Retrieve product templates from supplier websites to create proofs.

• Send proofs to clients for their review and approval.

• Transition approved orders into production and track order status to avoid delays.

• Communicate with internal teams and clients regarding any revisions or suggestions.

• Evaluate project specifics and produce final products that fulfill requirements.

• Carry out related ad hoc tasks.

• A strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design skills and creativity across different mediums.

• Capable of giving and receiving constructive feedback.

• Extensive experience and a proven track record in artwork design and finalization, with a keen attention to detail.

• Excellent time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.

• Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment with a diverse range of individuals.

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field.

• 1-3 years of demonstrated experience as a Graphic Designer, Production Artist, or in other relevant roles.

• Strong verbal, written, and English communication skills.

• Willingness to work overnight or graveyard shifts according to Philippine time or within US operating hours.

• Proficient in both Microsoft and Google applications.

• Skilled in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Acrobat Pro, and InDesign.

• Solid understanding of file formats, image optimization methods, and color management.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities through effective organization and prioritization while adhering to tight deadlines.
