This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Oversee Provider Field Representatives engaged in outreach, education, training, and relationship management activities across California.
• Strategically plan, delegate, and track provider outreach initiatives, field visits, training sessions, presentations, and team outputs.
• Assess the educational and training requirements of providers.
• Assist in crafting outreach strategies, educational materials, presentations, and various resources.
• Act as a resource for addressing complex provider inquiries and operational challenges.
• Collaborate with internal teams and client stakeholders to investigate and resolve issues.
• Monitor provider outreach efforts, team performance, field coverage, training effectiveness, and operational metrics.
• Deliver regular updates and reports to leadership.
• Guide, mentor, train, and develop team members.
• Manage performance and facilitate professional growth.
• Analyze provider feedback, operational patterns, and current processes to uncover opportunities for enhancement.
• Assist with provider visits, outreach efforts, training sessions, meetings, and other business requirements as necessary.
• Represent Gainwell in provider meetings, training sessions, and outreach initiatives.
• Handle multiple priorities, territories, outreach activities, and operational needs.
• A Bachelor’s degree or a comparable combination of education and relevant experience.
• At least six years of experience in provider relations, outreach, education, healthcare operations, training, healthcare consulting, Medicaid/Medi-Cal, or a similar healthcare role.
• A minimum of three years of leadership or supervisory experience, including responsibilities for coaching, developing, and managing employee performance.
• Direct experience working with healthcare providers, provider offices, medical groups, healthcare organizations, or other healthcare stakeholders.
• Excellent presentation, facilitation, training, relationship management, and communication skills.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proven experience in identifying provider needs, addressing operational challenges, and enhancing business processes.
• Familiarity with business applications, reporting tools, customer relationship management systems, provider systems, or other technologies used for tracking outreach activities and resolving provider concerns.
