Youth Wellness Coach

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Facilitate live online social-emotional learning group sessions for children aged 4-16.

• Implement structured activities and games that promote self-awareness, emotional regulation, and interpersonal skills.

• Establish positive relationships with participants and create an inclusive, emotionally secure group environment.

• Manage group dynamics effectively and respond calmly to any behavioral or emotional disruptions during live sessions.

• Monitor and evaluate both individual and group progress.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, Social Work, or a related discipline is required.

• A Master’s degree is preferred.

• Relevant SEL, coaching, or mental health certifications are highly desirable (e.g., ICF, IPEC, PPS Credential, CASEL, Mental Health First Aid).

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in designing or leading structured group sessions or programs for children.

• Proven track record of delivering structured programming in a virtual or remote group format.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Proficiency in using Zoom and Google Suite as primary coaching tools.

• Availability for at least 10 hours per week during peak hours (1-8 pm PT) on weekdays and weekends (6 am-8 pm PT).

• Access to a fast and reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.

• Willingness to complete a brief video interview as part of the recruitment process.
