Youth Social-Emotional Learning Coach

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Facilitate live online social-emotional learning (SEL) group sessions for youth aged 4 to 16 years.

• Implement structured activities and games aimed at enhancing self-awareness, emotional regulation, and interpersonal skills.

• Cultivate positive relationships with participants while creating an inclusive and emotionally safe group environment.

• Navigate group dynamics and calmly address any behavioral or emotional disruptions during live sessions.

• Observe and evaluate both individual and group progress.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, Social Work, or a related discipline (Mandatory).

• Master's degree is preferred.

• Strong preference for candidates with SEL, coaching, or mental health-specific certifications (e.g., ICF, IPEC, PPS Credential, CASEL, Mental Health First Aid).

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in designing or leading structured group sessions or programs for children.

• Proven track record of delivering structured programming in a virtual or remote group setting.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficient in using Zoom and Google Suite as primary coaching tools.

• Must be available for at least 10 hours per week during peak hours (1-8 pm PT) on weekdays and weekends (6 am-8 pm PT).

• Access to a fast, reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace is essential.

• Completion of a brief video interview is required; applications cannot proceed without it.
