Workplace Engineer, L3

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Manage, configure, and maintain Windows endpoint devices in corporate environments.

• Administer endpoint management platforms such as SCCM/MECM and Intune.

• Execute deployments of Windows 10/11 operating systems using MDT and SCCM.

• Oversee software distribution, application configuration, and policy compliance.

• Deploy, test, and monitor updates, security patches, and feature upgrades.

• Manage Active Directory policies and Group Policy Objects (GPOs).

• Support hardening initiatives, security baselines, and corporate compliance.

• Troubleshoot complex issues related to operating systems, endpoints, and workplace technologies.

• Ensure the stability, performance, and compatibility of devices with corporate applications and infrastructure.

• Provide level 3 technical support and expert guidance to the Workplace team.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in technical support or administration roles related to Workplace/Endpoint.

• Proficiency in managing SCCM/MECM, including software distribution, configuration, and reporting.

• Experience with Microsoft Deployment Toolkit.

• Administration of Windows 10 and Windows 11.

• Knowledge of Active Directory and GPOs.

• Experience in patch management, updates, and compliance.

• Scripting knowledge with PowerShell and/or VBS.

• Experience in level 3 support and advanced troubleshooting.

• Experience managing devices through Intune.

• Intermediate spoken English proficiency.
