Interview Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Uruguay.

📋 Description

• Conduct technical interviews with software developers using Karat's platform.

• Ensure a positive candidate experience while assessing essential coding abilities and technical expertise.

• Offer feedback on candidate performance, coding style, communication abilities, responses to knowledge questions, and coding methodologies.

• Partner with Karat to evaluate content, processes, and products.

• Foster inclusive hiring practices by minimizing bias, enhancing hiring indicators, and conducting objective evaluations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience as a Software Developer or Engineer.

• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.

• A high degree of professionalism and interpersonal abilities.

• Consistent access to a functional webcam, microphone, and reliable Internet connection.

• Resumes should be submitted in English.

• Experience in conducting technical interviews is preferred (e.g., knowledge of data structures and algorithms).
