Working Student – Video Editing (m/f/d)

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Assist the social media team in the preparation and publication of video content, including interviews and news segments.

• Produce subtitles, text overlays, and graphic elements.

• Evaluate, choose, and arrange raw footage.

• Aid in optimizing videos for clarity, viewer retention, and platform specifications.

• Share your own ideas to enhance existing formats.

⛳️ Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree.

• Strong intuition for what drives content to go viral.

• In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, particularly TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.

• Proficient in video editing software, such as Adobe Premiere Pro or similar professional tools.

• Passion for rap and hip-hop culture.

• Well-versed in the German rap and hip-hop scene.

• Strong storytelling ability, timing, and understanding of platform mechanics.

• Self-directed working style with high reliability.

• Creative and enthusiastic about improving content quality and effectiveness.

• A portfolio showcasing practical video editing experience.

• A focus on media, communications, journalism, or video production is advantageous but not mandatory.

• Interest in editorial tasks and content strategy.
