Video Editor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Daily assemble, edit, and enhance raw footage into high-quality videos for a variety of digital platforms.

• Ensure that content is in line with client goals and brand standards.

• Work closely with the creative team and incorporate feedback during the post-production process.

• Conduct color correction and grading to uphold video quality, mood, and consistency.

• Organize and maintain video files, projects, and assets effectively.

• Handle multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring timely delivery.

• Upload and manage final video content across various platforms with the appropriate formatting.

• Keep abreast of trends and techniques in video editing, including TikTok, Reels, and performance advertising, applying insights to enhance work.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in video editing.

• A strong portfolio that highlights performance advertisements or social media content (e.g., TikTok, Reels, YouTube).

• Proficient in video editing software, particularly Adobe Premiere Pro.

• Familiarity with the complete Adobe Creative Suite is a significant advantage.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Ability to excel in fast-paced, collaborative environments and manage conflicting priorities.

• A self-motivated individual capable of advancing projects independently.

• A solid understanding of storytelling, pacing, and rhythm.

• Capability to adjust editing style in response to new trends and feedback.

• Experience with motion graphics (Adobe After Effects) is a bonus.
