Working Student, Teaching Assistant – Online Marketing, Design

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Provide assistance to the teaching staff for 20 hours a week to ensure the smooth operation of courses.

• Offer independent support and guidance to course participants.

• Evaluate assignments and address any outstanding inquiries.

• Develop and present skill tutorials.

• Serve as the right hand to the course instructors, aiding them in the effective delivery of courses.

• Contribute to the design and implementation of high-quality continuing education programs in online marketing.

• Support modules including Social Media, Performance Marketing, SEO & GEO, Artificial Intelligence in Marketing, UX/UI, and Web Design.

⛳️ Requirements

• You are pursuing a degree in Marketing, Online Marketing, Media or Communications, Digital Media, E-Commerce, Business Informatics, or a similar program; alternatively, you possess substantial online marketing knowledge through personal projects and practical experience.

• A comprehensive understanding of various online marketing disciplines, or specialized expertise in one of these fields.

• Relevant knowledge of Social Media, Content Marketing, Performance Marketing, SEO/SEA, E-Commerce, Web Design, and UX/UI.

• Experience with personal projects, websites, online shops, social media channels, or other practical applications is a significant advantage.

• Strong digital affinity and solid technical understanding, especially regarding websites, digital learning platforms, and contemporary online tools.

• Familiarity with current AI tools and trends, along with an understanding of AI's application in online marketing.

• Effective and respectful communication skills, with the ability to provide constructive and easily understandable written feedback.

• A passion for explaining complex concepts clearly and contributing to high-quality digital learning experiences.

• A self-directed, pragmatic, and results-focused approach to work; readiness to take initiative and quickly grasp new subjects.

• Excellent proficiency in the German language and an empathetic, respectful demeanor.
