This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee and implement integrated marketing campaigns across various digital channels, including email, website, social media, and mobile.

• Develop audience-centric marketing content and copy, such as emails, social media posts, website and landing-page content, mobile app content, campaign messaging, and promotional materials.

• Manage marketing and content schedules, deliverables, timelines, approvals, and interdependencies.

• Assist in the promotion and launch of WorldatWork research by converting findings into digital content, promotional campaigns, and related assets.

• Implement marketing strategies to support membership acquisition, engagement, renewal, and retention.

• Create and execute marketing content and campaigns for courses, certifications, and other educational offerings.

• Prepare creative and content briefs and coordinate campaign assets, research reports, digital experiences, and marketing deliverables.

• Regularly maintain and update website, landing-page, and digital content for designated business lines.

• Collaborate on audience targeting, campaign implementation, customer journeys, and performance optimization utilizing data and insights.

• Repurpose and extend content across various channels and formats.

• Foster cross-functional relationships and manage multiple projects along with competing priorities.

• Cultivate and sustain a social media presence to enhance public relations, brand visibility, and thought leadership.

• Strategically plan, create, and publish social content across key platforms.

• Elevate announcements, media coverage, campaigns, events, and leadership perspectives through social promotion.

• Monitor social media performance, audience engagement, and platform trends.

• Assist in crafting speeches, executive messages, Q&As, and announcements.

• Aid in managing crisis or issue-related communications.

• Uphold brand voice and messaging standards.

• Identify storytelling opportunities that highlight organizational impact, innovation, and milestones.

• Compose thought leadership articles, blogs, case studies, and social media content.

• Support internal communication initiatives, newsletters, staff meetings, employee updates, and change communications.

• Deliver exceptional customer service both internally and externally, and perform additional duties as needed.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in public relations, corporate communications, or media relations.

• Demonstrated expertise in media handling and achieving high-quality press coverage.

• Exceptional writing, editing, and verbal communication skills.

• Familiarity with digital PR, social media strategies, and influencer engagement.

• Understanding of brand messaging, content development, and editorial standards.

• Outstanding writing, editing, and storytelling abilities across different formats.

• Comfortable publishing content on social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.

• Proficient in utilizing social media analytics to enhance performance.

• Skilled in crafting engaging content tailored to diverse audiences.

• Capable of navigating complex global communication challenges with agility and sensitivity.

• Ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
