Working Student – Supply Chain Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Ensure the dependable functionality and ongoing enhancement of departmental Power BI reports.

• Oversee, diagnose, and refresh dashboards.

• Execute enhancements requested by stakeholders.

• Manage the foundational datasets and data pipelines.

• Organize and standardize data that feeds into Power BI.

• Collaborate with teams to establish KPIs, data models, reporting concepts, and documentation standards.

• Assist with business use cases that involve structured data management, document and file upkeep, and operational process preparation.

• Maintain and refresh internal tools, documentation, content, and structure.

• Support projects across various roles and subjects.

• Proactively lead assigned topics and ensure they are completed on time.

• Participate in process optimization, standardization, and digital transformation.

• Utilize Atlassian tools such as Confluence and Jira for daily responsibilities and documentation processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Currently enrolled student in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Data Science, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

• Successful completion of at least the first semester.

• Practical experience in data management, normalization, and dataset preparation.

• Hands-on experience with reporting tools, preferably Power BI.

• Familiarity with Atlassian tools, including Confluence and Jira.

• Proficient and confident use of AI tools in daily tasks.

• Strong analytical mindset and a systematic working approach.

• High level of ownership.

• Proactive attitude with the ability to work independently.

• Excellent written and spoken English skills.

• High motivation, dependability, and a team-oriented mindset.
