Working Student – Social Media & Content

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Strategize and oversee social media platforms including Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and others.

• Produce posts, Reels, Stories, and short-form video content.

• Assist with content creation during events.

• Innovate new content formats and generate creative concepts.

• Design graphics and basic social media materials.

• Provide sold sponsorship services with an emphasis on social media channels.

• Engage with the community and foster member interactions.

• Aid in editorial planning and the development of content schedules.

• Evaluate content performance and generate new ideas based on analysis.

• Collaborate closely with creators, players, and partners.

• Support partnerships from the conception and pitch stages through to proposal development, execution, and management of ongoing projects.

⛳️ Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a degree program, such as Marketing, Media, Communications, or a related field.

• Strong enthusiasm for social media and digital content creation.

• A solid understanding of current trends on platforms like Instagram and TikTok.

• Basic experience with tools like CapCut, Premiere Pro, Canva, or similar applications is beneficial.

• Creativity, initiative, and eagerness to explore new ideas.

• Passion for darts and creator-driven content.

• Interest in esports or football is an added advantage.

• Able to commit to 12–20 hours per week.

• Ideally located in the Cologne area.
