This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Assist in the preparation, execution, and assessment of simulation projects within the plastic injection molding domain.
• Execute internal simulation initiatives.
• Engage in customer projects and provide technical services.
• Develop and conduct benchmark simulations.
• Analyze, interpret, and document the outcomes of simulations.
• Create and organize technical content for online academy resources, training materials, tutorials, self-study guides, presentations, and technical documentation.
• Provide assistance with technical customer inquiries and support requests.
• Monitor customer inquiries.
• Prepare technical details and solution proposals.
• Current enrollment in Mechanical Engineering, Plastics Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Technical comprehension and interest in simulation and injection-molding technologies.
• Structured, independent, and dependable work approach.
• Proficient in both German and English.
• Confident in the use of MS Office applications.
• Preferred: Basic experience with CAD or simulation software.
• Initial exposure to AI tools or coding agents (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, GitHub Copilot).
• Eagerness to learn, curiosity, and a passion for technical subjects.
• Option for fully remote work within Germany.
