Working Student – Operational Excellence

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Take the initiative to prepare, plan, execute, and follow up on onboarding processes for Operations.

• Assist in the development, organization, and execution of new training formats.

• Aid in the management and coordination of the decision-making committee for requirements management.

• Help create and enhance the content of the requirements management standards.

• Support the implementation and operational rollout of standards across various locations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be enrolled at a German university or university of applied sciences for at least two more semesters.

• Available to start immediately for 15–20 hours per week, with the potential to work up to 40 hours per week during semester breaks.

• Possess strong communication skills along with excellent organizational capabilities.

• Practical experience in a trade or event organization is advantageous.

• Experience in delivering knowledge or training content is beneficial.

• Exhibit an independent and committed work ethic, maintaining composure in stressful situations.
