General and Operations Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assess AI-generated operational plans, staff schedules, performance evaluations, and other management documents for quality and precision

• Analyze AI-generated responses in a side-by-side comparison focusing on operational viability, financial thoroughness, and interdepartmental feasibility

• Evaluate operational scenarios related to budgeting, staffing, workflow management, and performance enhancement initiatives

• Deliver expert insights to aid in the assessment and enhancement of advanced AI systems

• Engage in projects aimed at training and refining AI technologies

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 4 years of experience in roles such as General Manager, Operations Manager, Operations Director, Business Manager, District Manager, or similar positions in general operations management

• Proven experience overseeing multi-department or multi-location operations, including budgeting, staffing, and performance management

• Availability to commit 20 or more hours per week

• Excellent written communication skills in English

• Must have eligibility to work without requiring H1-B or STEM OPT support

• Engagement as an independent contractor
