Senior Process Improvement Advisor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Lead and oversee cross-functional process enhancement initiatives utilizing best practices, methodologies, tools, and techniques.

• Evaluate and assess the effectiveness of current business processes.

• Create sustainable, repeatable, and measurable future-state solutions.

• Document existing processes to reflect the current state.

• Perform root cause analysis to pinpoint operational challenges and areas for improvement.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to prioritize opportunities and suggest solutions.

• Improve quality, efficiency, and service delivery.

• Report on project status, milestones, risks, and suggestions to stakeholders and leadership teams.

• Develop and refine work instructions, job aids, training materials, and process documentation.

• Work alongside senior operational leaders and cross-functional partners on high-impact initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED is required.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Finance, or a related field is preferred.

• Lean Six Sigma Green/Black Belt certification or over 8 years of experience in applying process improvement methodologies.

• Strong analytical abilities, including data analysis and summarizing insights.

• Demonstrated critical thinking and strategic problem-solving skills.

• Solid business acumen with the capability to learn new business areas, concepts, and operational processes.

• Excellent organizational and time management capabilities.

• Ability to manage ambiguity, welcome change, and work collaboratively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong presentation and facilitation capabilities.

• Home internet connection through cable broadband or fiber optic service with a minimum of 10 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload speed.
