Working Student – Logistics Support, Port Operations Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Assist the POD Manager with daily logistics operations throughout the Central Region

• Generate and maintain logistics reports and key performance indicators (KPIs)

• Monitor and update logistics data within ERP systems and Excel-based tools

• Aid in tracking shipment and delivery status

• Organize and archive logistics documentation

• Facilitate information sharing between internal teams and external logistics service providers

• Create presentations and materials for meetings

• Participate in continuous improvement projects and process documentation

• Engage in various ad hoc logistics projects and routine operational tasks

⛳️ Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, or a related discipline

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

• Comfortable handling data and generating reports

• Excellent organizational abilities

• Strong attention to detail

• Methodical in task management

• Effective communication skills

• Ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders

• Proficient in German (minimum C1 level), both written and spoken

• Good command of English (minimum B2 level), both written and spoken

• Self-motivated with a proactive mindset

• Eager to learn

• Interest in logistics and supply chain operations
