Working Student – Junior Solutions Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Collaborate in the development and presentation of innovative proof-of-concepts to showcase solution options for clients.

• Design and execute solutions using Smartsheet.com, encompassing project portfolio management dashboards.

• Generate and implement solutions on Miro.com, including process diagrams and PMO solutions.

• Assist in training sessions with pertinent stakeholders to facilitate an effective change management process.

• Assume responsibility for sub-projects throughout the customer journey, from initial engagement to successful project execution.

• Aid management by conducting research on potential clients, current clients, and industry trends.

• Develop account summaries utilizing Salesforce.

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's program at a German university.

• Keen interest in software solutions.

• Capability to convey complex concepts clearly and convincingly.

• Enthusiasm for software and digital technologies.

• Enjoyment in collaborating with individuals at all organizational levels.

• Strong sense of empathy.

• Team-oriented mindset.

• Openness to working in an international setting.

• Proficient in both German and English.

• Knowledge of additional foreign languages is advantageous.
