Business Solutions Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Acquire in-depth knowledge and become proficient in Sestek’s Conversational Agentic AI solutions.

• Assess customer requirements and design optimal solutions utilizing Sestek products.

• Collaborate closely with customers’ business and technical teams.

• Offer consultancy, training, and best-practice advice for Sestek solutions.

• Assist customers in designing and enhancing AI assistant conversations and user experiences.

• Foster strong customer relationships to boost product adoption and satisfaction.

• Help with urgent customer requests and escalations regarding issues.

• Relay customer feedback, product needs, and improvement opportunities to internal teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in both English and Turkish.

• A university degree in science or engineering (not a mandatory requirement for this position).

• At least 2 years of experience in business analysis or solution consultancy.

• Familiarity with Agentic AI, IT, or contact center technologies is advantageous.

• Experience with data analysis and visualization tools.

• Knowledge of process and solution design tools.

• SQL and API experience is beneficial.

• Understanding or experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) or Agentic AI is a plus.

• Background in speech technologies, Conversational AI, and/or conversation design.

• Strong presentation skills are an asset.

• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and evolving business needs.

• A proactive attitude with a hands-on, solution-focused approach.
