Senior Solution Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Create assessment and service solutions, encompassing architecture, optimizations, technology health checks, deployment services, and advisory offerings.

• Work collaboratively with customers, delivery teams, and sales to offer consultative advice, define strategies, and formulate statements of work.

• Evaluate technical and competitive factors to align solutions with customer needs and improve business results.

• Foster strategic relationships with customers, internal teams, and delivery leadership to promote growth.

• Establish and nurture relationships with key partners.

• Take ownership of the assigned territory strategy and ensure consistent engagement with customers, partners, and vendors.

• Act as a subject matter expert across various solution families.

• Lead outreach initiatives, enablement efforts, coaching, and mentoring for solution architects.

• Create and present training content for team members and wider audiences.

• Function as a trusted advisor and enhance CDW services.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree is required along with 5+ years of experience, or 9 years of relevant experience.

• At least 5 years of experience in a technical pre-sales or delivery capacity.

• Strong expertise in architecture, products, technologies, and solutions within Hybrid Infrastructure.

• Proven ability to collaborate across teams, lead technical discussions, and influence decision-making.

• Exceptional customer engagement, presentation, and communication skills.

• Proven track record in designing solutions and addressing complex problems.

• Capability to analyze technical requirements and convert concepts into business value.

• Willingness to travel up to 25%.

• Ability to maintain at least three partner technical certifications.

• A curious mindset, eagerness to learn, and readiness to engage with evolving technologies and tools.

• Preparedness to explore, adapt, and grow alongside AI integration.
