Working Student – IT General Controls

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands.

📋 Description

• Assist in the daily management of IT controls.

• Follow up on unresolved tickets and pending issues.

• Gather and upload necessary evidence to the specified Audit tool.

• Monitor and properly close actions.

• Engage proactively with stakeholders.

• Enhance and automate IT control processes utilizing Excel, Power Query, and Python.

• Investigate automation possibilities and integrations with Jira, Confluence, and their APIs.

• Organize control activities, documentation, and timelines.

• Recognize opportunities to streamline repetitive tasks.

⛳️ Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a similar technical discipline.

• At least one year of studies remaining.

• Proficient in Excel, particularly with XLOOKUP and Pivot Tables.

• Ideally, some familiarity with Power Query.

• Practical experience with Python is advantageous.

• Knowledge of Jira and Confluence is beneficial.

• Experience with APIs or connecting to them is a plus.

• Comfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT.

• Keen interest in leveraging AI, prompting, automation, and daily workflows.

• Self-sufficient and process-focused.

• Confident in communicating with stakeholders.

• Proficient in English.

• Proficiency in German is a plus.
