Repair Technician – Fitness Equipment

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.

📋 Description

• Assess, diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair fitness bikes, treadmills, smart home gym systems, wine coolers, massage chairs, and related products.

• Conduct final delivery, assembly, and/or repair of consumer goods within customers' residences.

• Interpret and adhere to manufacturer manuals and instructions.

• Construct products according to manufacturer specifications.

• Deliver outstanding customer service to high-end clientele.

⛳️ Requirements

• Ability to read and understand manufacturer manuals and instructions pertinent to equipment repair.

• Must have personal transportation to and from repair locations.

• Required to possess hand and power tools.

• Demonstrated experience and mechanical aptitude to assemble products according to manufacturer specifications.

• Must possess an EIN (federal tax ID).

• Adhere to insurance and vehicle registration requirements.

• DOT/MC numbers may be necessary for GVWR exceeding 10,000 lbs.

• Must comply with state regulations regarding the vehicle used for work purposes.

• Background checks and drug screenings are conducted for all contractors, including assistants.

• Motor Vehicle Records (MVR) checks are performed for all driving contractors.

• Tech-savvy with a mobile device.

• Strong communication skills.

• Proficient in evaluating, troubleshooting, analyzing, identifying, and repairing fitness bikes, treadmills, smart home gym systems, wine coolers, massage chairs, and similar items.
