Working Student – IT General Controls

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Assist with the daily management of IT controls

• Monitor and follow up on open tickets

• Gather and upload evidence to the necessary audit tool

• Track and resolve actions

• Collaborate with stakeholders on pending topics

• Proactively advance assigned tasks

• Enhance and automate IT control processes using Excel, Power Query, and Python

• Contribute to a cohesive controls framework

• Investigate automation possibilities and integrations with Jira, Confluence, and their APIs

• Coordinate control activities, documentation, and timelines

• Discover opportunities to streamline repetitive tasks

⛳️ Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a related technical discipline

• At least one year of studies remaining

• Strong proficiency in Excel, including XLOOKUP and Pivot Tables

• Ideally, some familiarity with Power Query

• Practical experience with Python is advantageous, preferably through automation, university, or personal projects

• Knowledge of Jira and Confluence

• Experience with using or connecting to APIs is beneficial

• Comfortable utilizing AI tools such as ChatGPT

• Interest in applying AI, prompting, automation, and optimizing daily workflows

• Independent and process-focused

• Confident in communicating with stakeholders

• Proficient in English

• Proficiency in German is an advantage
