Working Student – Founders' Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Assist the founders with both strategic and operational matters.

• Take initiative in managing and executing a diverse range of projects independently.

• Conduct research and compile information to aid in entrepreneurial decision-making.

• Create analyses, presentations, reports, and decision-making documents.

• Evaluate company KPIs and provide targeted recommendations for action.

• Support initiatives in sales, operations, marketing, and business development.

• Assess and enhance existing internal processes.

• Coordinate and monitor progress on crucial projects and tasks.

• Investigate new business opportunities, markets, tools, and technologies.

• Assist the team with operational challenges that arise on short notice.

• Leverage AI and automation tools to significantly improve the efficiency of processes or tasks.

• Proactively engage with new topics, approach problem-solving in a structured way, and propose your own solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• You are currently a student at a college or university.

• You have a keen interest in entrepreneurship, business development, and broader economic relationships.

• You quickly grasp new concepts and can independently navigate unfamiliar topics.

• You work systematically, reliably, and with a focus on solutions.

• You hold high personal quality standards and take ownership of your responsibilities.

• You possess strong analytical skills and can efficiently process and present information.

• You are digitally proficient and adapt quickly to new tools and systems.

• Ideally, you have some experience with AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, or similar applications.

• You see AI as a valuable tool and can determine when tasks can be performed more efficiently through AI or automation.

• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets is a plus.

• You have excellent written and spoken skills in German.

• Previous experience with automation tools like Make or n8n is advantageous but not mandatory.
