Founder’s Associate – Product

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Take full ownership of a product area from inception to launch.

• Engage with revenue teams to gain insights into how sales representatives and RevOps operate within Salesforce.

• Transform chaotic workflows into well-defined product decisions.

• Establish the methods by which AI should capture, summarize, and present data.

• Craft user stories and acceptance criteria for both engineering and design teams.

• Collaborate with engineering, design, and go-to-market teams to ensure timely delivery.

• Set key performance indicators, track user adoption, and refine processes based on data analysis.

⛳️ Requirements

• Impressive academic credentials in economics, business, industrial engineering, or a related discipline (or equivalent demonstrated expertise).

• Previous experience in a high-growth startup, venture capital, consulting, or in a versatile role where you independently delivered results.

• Outstanding written communication skills, characterized by clarity, conciseness, and personality.

• Strong curiosity and well-formed opinions: you have contemplated what exemplary product management entails and are enthusiastic about discussing it.

• Quick learner, adaptable, and proactive in taking initiative.

• A deep interest in technology, UX/UI, user research, and the synergy between product and engineering.

• Experience in product development is a significant advantage.

• Proficiency in English is required.
