Chief of Staff, Go to Market

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Manage the operational schedule of the Go-to-Market Director.

• Convert strategic objectives into actionable plans, timelines, and immediate next steps.

• Monitor performance metrics and KPIs across all regions.

• Proactively identify challenges and deliver insights ready for decision-making.

• Develop project management frameworks, systems, and procedures for intricate, multi-market projects.

• Take initiative in identifying, owning, and executing subsequent steps comprehensively.

• Create briefings, reports, and presentations tailored for leadership and cross-functional teams.

• Collaborate with Product, Tech, Sales, and Marketing departments across various markets.

• Ensure follow-up on commitments and maintain the momentum of cross-functional projects.

• Advocate for the Go-to-Market Director’s priorities in discussions and written communication.

• Enhance the operational model of the Go-to-Market function.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in a Chief of Staff, business operations, analyst, or a similar demanding role.

• Preferably experience in technology, scale-ups, or the energy sector.

• Remarkably detail-oriented and precise.

• Proactive, with the ability to anticipate needs, take initiative, and discern when to seek assistance.

• Strong skills in project management.

• Highly organized and structured, capable of managing multiple workflows and deadlines.

• Excellent data and analytical skills, with the capability to transform data into actionable insights.

• Quick and reliable execution, able to convert priorities into immediate actions.

• Proficiency in both German and English (C1/C2), both written and spoken.
