This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Schedule client meetings via phone, networking, and leads while creating an organized pipeline.

• Learn and implement call scripts, conduct needs assessments, perform follow-ups, and adhere to documentation standards.

• Work with key performance indicators (KPIs), receive constructive feedback, and continuously enhance results.

• Assess client situations and develop advisory materials in a systematic manner.

• Engage in client discussions based on your training level.

• Manage follow-ups and ensure clarity on next steps.

• Maintain precise processes and document activities consistently.

• Collaborate closely with a high-performing team and take responsibility for assigned areas.

⛳️ Requirements

• Currently pursuing studies at a university or university of applied sciences.

• Proficient in German, with a minimum C1 level, both in speaking and writing.

• Excellent communication skills, reliability, and a strong work ethic.

• Proactive attitude and a methodical approach to tasks.

• Commitment to achieving measurable outcomes.

• Eagerness for professional growth and development.

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or consulting is advantageous.

• Background in sports or performance-driven environments is preferred.

• Openness to making phone calls and scheduling appointments.
