Working Student – Finance, Advisory

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Organize client appointments through phone calls, networking, and leads, while developing a well-structured pipeline.

• Familiarize yourself with call scripts, needs assessments, follow-up procedures, and documentation standards.

• Collaborate with KPIs, receive constructive feedback, and continuously enhance outcomes.

• Evaluate client situations and create advisory materials in an organized fashion.

• Engage in client discussions based on your knowledge level.

• Manage follow-ups and ensure clear next steps are established.

• Uphold accurate processes and consistently document activities.

• Collaborate closely with the team and assume responsibility for designated areas.

⛳️ Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree at a university or university of applied sciences.

• Proficient in German at a minimum C1 level, both spoken and written.

• Strong communication skills, reliability, and dependability.

• Demonstrated initiative and a methodical approach to work.

• Motivation to achieve and deliver measurable results.

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, consulting, or a sports/performance-oriented setting is preferred.

• Willingness to make phone calls and schedule appointments.

• Open to working with KPIs, call scripts, needs assessments, follow-up procedures, and documentation standards.
