Working Student – Finance & Accounting

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Assist in the development and upkeep of the internal Finance intranet using Notion.

• Organize and maintain policies, process documents, and guides to ensure they are current.

• Provide support to the Accounting team on tax-related matters.

• Assume responsibility for tasks within Accounting and Treasury.

• Prepare necessary data and documentation.

• Aid in administrative and organizational activities related to Finance.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed vocational training as a tax clerk (Steuerfachangestellte/r).

• Currently pursuing a degree in business administration (BWL) or a related field.

• Practical experience in bookkeeping and tax-related issues.

• Proficient in using digital tools, including Notion and Excel.

• Proficiency in German at a C1 level.

• Good command of the English language.

• A structured, independent, reliable, proactive, curious, learning-oriented, and team-oriented approach to work.

• Must possess the legal right to live and work in Germany.
