Working Student – External Supervision, Global Project Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Assist in enhancing and streamlining project management processes within the Installation & Commissioning division.

• Contribute to the efficiency of operational workflows.

• Organize the preparation of construction site assignments, training needs, and organizational matters for external supervisors.

• Keep training records updated and maintained.

• Track the completion of mandatory training, including HSE requirements.

• Facilitate training coordination activities.

• Develop analyses, reports, and presentations utilizing Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

• Assess supervisor performance, external company expenses, and operational KPIs.

• Ensure that IT accounts are accessible and provide necessary system access for external supervisors.

• Serve as a liaison between supervisors and the IT department.

⛳️ Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree at a German university.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

• Excellent written and spoken English skills (minimum B2 level).

• Proficiency in additional languages such as Spanish is a plus.

• Strong organizational abilities.

• Capable of managing multiple tasks in an organized manner.

• Comfortable communicating with various stakeholders.

• Proactive and open-minded approach.

• Ability to work independently and reliably with a strong focus on achieving goals.

• Motivated, flexible, and eager to support international project management initiatives.
