Working Student, Contracts & Concepts

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Assist the Contracts & Concepts team within Service Product Management.

• Investigate and assess AI tools available at Nordex.

• Discover opportunities to implement AI in Service Product Management processes.

• Evaluate business processes to identify high-value AI use cases across product management, contract management, market intelligence, communication, and strategic planning.

• Design, test, and refine prompts and AI-assisted workflows.

• Utilize AI-supported workflows for research, concept development, content production, decision-making, and process automation.

• Develop AI toolkits, templates, best-practice guides, and relevant documentation.

• Evaluate the efficacy of AI solutions and pinpoint opportunities to enhance efficiency, quality, and process performance.

• Facilitate the adoption of AI-driven working methods through training materials, knowledge-sharing initiatives, and user support.

• Keep track of Generative AI advancements and identify beneficial innovations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Innovation Management, or a related field.

• Strong enthusiasm for Artificial Intelligence, Generative AI, digitalization, and process enhancement.

• Initial hands-on experience with AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, or similar solutions.

• Basic understanding of prompt engineering principles.

• Excellent analytical and conceptual abilities.

• Capability to present complex topics clearly and effectively.

• Ability to work autonomously and proactively with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly PowerPoint, Excel, and Teams.

• Fluent in English.

• Knowledge of German and/or Spanish is a plus.
