📋 Description

• Launch and establish your own property concierge business under the ALB brand.

• Grow and develop the property concierge business within your local community.

• Identify potential property owners and secure management contracts.

• Assemble and oversee a local team of cleaning and maintenance professionals.

• Independently handle a portfolio of properties utilizing ALB’s digital tools.

• Optionally create a network of City Managers under your guidance.

• Drive and commitment to develop a sustainable income over the long term.

• Ability to work autonomously, supported by a well-structured network.
