Working Student, Compensation & Benefits

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Assist the Global Compensation & Benefits team in the planning and execution of People & Culture initiatives.

• Participate in job grading, market benchmarking, reporting, and HR data analysis tasks.

• Aid in the ongoing enhancement of Compensation & Benefits processes and global standards.

• Support international projects, including Job Architecture and SAP SuccessFactors initiatives.

• Prepare analyses, presentations, and documentation for various stakeholders.

• Take responsibility for assigned tasks and assist the team with daily operations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Business Administration, Business Psychology, Social Sciences, Human Resources, or a related discipline.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

• Strong analytical abilities with a structured and detail-oriented work approach.

• Capable of working independently and taking ownership of assigned responsibilities.

• Good communication skills in English.

• Initial experience in Human Resources, Compensation & Benefits, or HR Analytics is a plus.

• Enjoy working collaboratively in an international team environment.
