This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assist in collecting and documenting client business requirements pertaining to workforce management processes.
• Aid in the analysis of existing business processes and recognize enhancement opportunities through WorkForce Software solutions.
• Engage in client workshops, discovery sessions, and project meetings.
• Configure and test WorkForce Software functionalities under the guidance of senior consultants and project leads.
• Convert business requirements into functional system configurations and documentation.
• Assist with user acceptance testing, issue resolution, and deployment efforts.
• Collaborate with technical teams, project managers, and client stakeholders throughout the implementation process.
• Provide training to end-users and facilitate knowledge transfer.
• Maintain project documentation, including requirements, configuration decisions, testing results, and process flows.
• Cultivate an understanding of workforce management, timekeeping, scheduling, attendance, and associated HCM processes.
• Approximately 2-4 years of experience in the implementation and/or support of the WorkForce Software platform.
• Experience in gathering business requirements, documenting processes, or assisting with system implementation projects.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen eye for detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
• Understanding of software implementation methodologies and project lifecycle concepts.
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced consulting environment.
• Willingness to travel to Chicago when necessary, depending on client and project requirements.
• A bachelor's degree is preferred but not mandatory; equivalent experience will be taken into account.
• Familiarity with HR, Payroll, Time & Attendance, Scheduling, or Workforce Management functions.
• Experience in supporting software testing, user training, or system deployment activities.
• Understanding of Agile or Waterfall project methodologies.
• Proven ability to quickly learn new technologies and business processes.
• Experience interacting directly with clients, end-users, or business stakeholders.
