📋 Description

• Lead small teams in project management, facilitating components of a larger technological program.

• Supervise functional individual contributors within a project team by assigning tasks and providing guidance to ensure timely, high-quality outcomes.

• Oversee project schedules and scope management.

• Assist in the formulation of the project budget.

• Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and aid in project staffing.

• Identify and mitigate risks through status reporting and project updates.

• Manage expectations of clients, the company, and project teams regarding performance.

• Measure and report on project metrics, implementing changes to the program as necessary.

• Prepare comprehensive Statements of Work (SOWs) for clients and secure acceptance and approval from stakeholders on the scope of work.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in managing complex projects, programs, or initiatives related to broader business transformations, covering the full project management life cycle.

• Experience in resource and forecast management.

• Familiarity with project management methodologies, including Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.

• Knowledge of budget development, control, assurance methods, and project management software.

• Capability to translate overarching program objectives into clear and attainable project milestones.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• A persuasive influencer who can effectively communicate project priorities and inspire functional individual contributors to take action.

• Proficient multitasker capable of managing several tasks simultaneously.

• Video cameras are required during all interviews and the initial week of orientation.
