πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Lead impactful consulting projects for enterprise clients by aligning workforce planning technology with strategic business objectives, job redesign aims, and interventions for skills gaps.

β€’ Establish and standardize consulting delivery frameworks, which include process mapping, design workshops, change impact assessments, and stakeholder enablement.

β€’ Oversee cross-organizational delivery teams consisting of Project Managers, Data Consultants, Product Specialists, and Support personnel.

β€’ Guarantee timely, high-quality implementation and stabilization after go-live.

β€’ Collaborate with Sales and Solution Engineering during the sales process to suggest delivery methodologies, delineate scope, and set delivery expectations.

β€’ Integrate field insights, customer use cases, and workforce transformation market trends, including the effects of AI and automation, to guide product roadmaps.

β€’ Act as a trusted advisor to customer stakeholders, fostering long-term alignment and promoting product adoption.

β€’ Assist enterprise HR and Finance leaders in optimizing business processes, redesigning jobs, and transforming the workforce.


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ 7–10 years of experience in implementing HR/Workforce solutions or leading Strategic Workforce Planning (SWP) advisory projects in medium-to-large enterprises with over 2,000 employees.

β€’ Strong perspective on contemporary Strategic Workforce Planning practices.

β€’ Proven capability to guide executive stakeholders through the trade-offs associated with technology features, custom configurations, and organizational process modifications.

β€’ Hands-on experience in leading workforce transformation initiatives focused on AI, automation, and skills gap analysis.

β€’ Comprehensive knowledge of core HR functions, talent management processes, and HR data analytics.

β€’ Ability to convey complex data models and assumptions to non-technical business leaders effectively.

β€’ Demonstrated success in conducting executive workshops.

β€’ Experience in creating customer-ready advisory materials.

β€’ Background in managing intricate change management programs across HR, Finance, and IT departments.

β€’ Excellent cross-cultural communication skills.

β€’ Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time, primarily within the North American Region.
