This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assist with the daily management and governance of the company’s External Workforce lifecycle.
• Oversee the onboarding, extensions, transitions, and offboarding processes for contractors.
• Manage the verification of stakeholder requirements, quote requests, and rate validation.
• Ensure that all necessary documentation, approvals, and system access are completed accurately and in a timely manner.
• Monitor contractor status and keep precise records across all systems.
• Support intake requests, updates, and modifications to contractor engagements.
• Aid with approvals and direct requests to the appropriate stakeholders.
• Act as a primary contact for contractor-related inquiries from business units and suppliers.
• Resolve onboarding, access, and process-related issues; address operational challenges and escalate complex problems, risks, delays, or compliance concerns as needed.
• Implement standardized contractor-management processes and controls throughout business units.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Keep organized, audit-ready documentation for contractor activities.
• Update and maintain contractor data in VMS, HRIS, or other tracking tools.
• Assist with reporting on contractor volumes, onboarding timelines, and operational metrics.
• Identify data discrepancies and work to enhance data quality.
• Support timely and precise onboarding/offboarding, data integrity, process compliance, reduction of errors, and stakeholder assistance.
• 2–4+ years of experience in operations, HR operations, procurement support, or similar roles.
• Experience in structured, process-driven environments.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
• Capability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Strong communication and stakeholder support skills.
• Basic understanding of workflow processes, approvals, and compliance controls.
• Proficiency in Excel and enterprise systems.
• Applicants must have authorization to work for any employer in the U.S.
• Unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa, including CPT/OPT.
• Exposure to contractor or contingent workforce processes is a plus.
• Experience in financial services or a regulated industry is advantageous.
• Familiarity with VMS, HRIS, or workforce management tools is beneficial.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, HR, or a related field is preferable.
